The UFC Gym in Assima Mall covers approx. 4000sq.m. area with the objective of offering Mixed martial arts (MMA) training, Specialized Zones (MMA Ring), fitness and dynamic performance-based training such as Daily Ultimate Training, Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, boxing. It also includes offices/admin, Gym, café, reception, studio spaces, kids zone, etc.

The purpose of this project is to aid in the application of the UFC gym standards to fit into the designated gym allocated area. This involved Interior Design, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Selection, associated Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection), Electrical, ICT works as well as Construction Supervision
