Project Description:Two office towers of 40 floor each, with two basements for carpark and services. The building is a blend of the state of the art   architectural and very modern electromechanical utilities. External fascia is cladded with a combination of stone glazing and metal. BMS system controls each and every Mt utilities and the data system enhances the fastest communication process. Al-Habshi Consultants are engaged in the complete engineering including Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Interiors, Landscaping and furnishing with the scope covering feasibility, design, authority approvals, tendering & evaluation, project management and site supervision.
