Facilities:

The Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) plans to develop the field through the Dorra Field Development Program (DFDP) which consists of Khafji (KJO) Offshore & Onshore Facilities Project, AGOC Onshore Khafji Gas Plant (KGP) Project and KGOC Onshore Processing Facilities (OPF) Project. The project intent is to carry out Design Engineering Services (FEED) for the Non-Process Buildings required in Area E1 of KGOC Onshore Processing Facilities (OPF) project. Facilities include:

• Administration building,

• Security buildings

• Fire Station

• Clinic

• Multi-level Car parking

• Radio Tower

• Workshops

• Warehouses & stores

• Laboratory

• Maintenance Building

• Gatehouses

• Bus parking and shelters

ACO Scope of Services:

• Development of Space Programme and site development for all proposed facilities.

• FEED services - Architectural (building, facade, landscape),Civil/Infrastructure, Structural, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection), Electrical, Instrumentation, ICT/Telecom.

• Revit modelling (up to 300)

• Tender documentation for EPC Contract.
