Fourteen-storied MAK Tower is a commercial complex with one basement covering full plot size, ground floor, mezzanine, service floor and Ten floors above for office facility.  Full length structural glazing gives a very modern outlook to the building. HVAC system consists of two working air cooled packaged chillers.  Most of the Electro-mechanical utilities are located at the service floor.  Two electrical Elevators of 1.6m/sec. allows for easy movement within the fourteen floors.
