Al-Hassawi Apartment project is a series of residential buildings, with one located in Farwaniya and two in Salmiya. The Salmiya (Block 254) project, has an area of 962 m2 and contains 12 typical floors with 3 studio apartments on each floor. The Salmiya (Block 229) project has an area of 875 m2 and contains 15 typical floors with 2 studio apartments on each floor. The Farwaniya project has an area of 1086m2 and contains 10 typical floors with 4 studio apartments on each floor. Albeit containing separate floor plans for each project, all three apartments feature a more unique and flexible take on architecture rather than typical, straight-edge designs.
